The City of Logan is a local government jurisdiction based in South East Queensland between Brisbane & the Gold Coast that is one of the fastest growing cities in Australia.

Logan City Council is a progressive leader in local government and their new office facilities for their subsidiary Logan Water represent a significant transitional process into a modern design reflective of their future thinking mindset.

The council undertook a wide ranging consultative process focused on engaging and supporting the internal workforce for their new spaces across 5 levels in a purpose-built new building in Beenleigh.

Innerspace was engaged by Logan Water and WinEllis project management to consult and provide workplace furniture solutions in collaboration with designer WMK Architecture.

Through this process the client selected the Herman Miller Ratio Workstation System based on the key criteria of value for money, performance, and a 12-year warranty.

The Ratio System coupled with monitor arms by Colebrook Bosson & Saunders provided structure and technology capable of meeting and exceeding Logan City Council’s current and future functional needs.

The end result is a exceptional new range of spaces that provides a modern, open plan environment suited to accommodating and supporting the Logan Water team well into the future.
