The new ANL Building at the University of Queensland focuses on creating a physical environment and identity that allows the School of Chemical Engineering to reinforce its distinctive strengths – outwardly open and transparent, and inwardly intense and focused.
A key trait of the school is it’s culture – one based on open and collaborative relationships between students, teachers, researchers and the wider industry.
This openness is linked by a sense of shared discovery – whether students and staff in learning environments, or researchers and industry in proof-of-concept experimental spaces.
This culture and openness is supported by the ultra flexible and high quality selection of products provided by Innerspace through a consultative process with the designer and end user client at the University of Queensland.
The product selection reflects the creation of modern and flexible teaching spaces for group or individual work that stand up to the rigours of long term everyday use in a prominent tertiary education institution.
